So slow
Aramex is one of the worst post s I have ever seen.I bought 7 items from Amazon, 2 of them are sent by Ups and they arrived in 7days to my country the other 5 items unfortunately are sent and Aramex couldn't deliver 2 of them and cancelled them the other 3 are still on the way and it has been 40 days.
Poor service
After 10 days I am yet to receive my parcel, they take ages to respond to emails. Their drive promised to drop off my parcel to the address. Still nothing. I keep wasting my airtime with these people
Aboslute Rubbish
Article sits around in their depot for over 3 weeks and does nothing
3 months ago they failed to deliver a parcel and lied I was not home and they had left a card requesting me to pick up from their warehouse Last month they lied again on another deliver. I worked from home, I am in all day . No cards were left in my box. They are cheating the sender's and us. A police investigation needs to be requested by sender of parcel.

My parcel was picked up from the supplier on 14/12/2020 at14:08:52 from Wadestown/Karori The next update on their website is 16/12/2020 at 07:41:12 with the notation transit to final destination, Wadestown/Karori On 18/12/2020 I rang the depot in Richmond and queried where it was only to be told it missed the ferry and there are roadworks that stop traffic. It is now 22/12/2020 and still no parcel which is a medical device i require, I have logged onto their website and posted yet another missing parcel record and advised if not delivered to my by 1pm today I am going to report it stolen by Aramex to the police. This item should not have taken more than 2 days to get to me, I could have caught a ferry up to Wellington walked to Wadestown and picked it up from the supplier and caught a ferry back to Picton and driven back to Richmond in 24 hours. This company is totally useless and should be deregistered.
Pathetic service
No communication Delays all the time Unfortunately Amazon keeps using at Amex for deliveries and it’s not the best option.
No way of tracking. You can't contact anyone to speak to. They never respond to email messages regarding complaints (other than a placating message regarding acknowledgement of receipt) I commented on Twitter about the rotten service - which was responded to with another tweet saying that someone would be in touch (no one got in touch) Their 'Aramex Bot' is supposed to allow you to pick a time and date for delivery. They don't deliver. Six times. A 92% 'bad' rating on Trust Pilot says it all really.
