Need to be shut down!
Unfortunately due to the item coming from China, once it comes to Australia some dodgy random courier company gets the job to deliver. I use Parcel Collect where my packages are addressed to my local post then I collect from there. Never had any issues til this Company. My last tracking was on board with courier than later updated to failed pick up! Hell tf can it be failed pick up when the clown is meant to just drop it off at the PO! Now it looks like my daughter won’t be getting one of her Xmas presents. Thanks for ruining it APEX! Seriously after all these bad reviews this company shouldn’t be operational and needs to be shut down!
My shipment never showed up
My tracking number said my parcel had been delivered..I was home all day, in fact at the time they said they delivered i was at the door talking to a neighbor!! This company is horrible..
incredibly slow
Extremely slow service with hardly any updates. Package sat in one hub for 5 days without any movement.

Its third time my parcel is quiet late,at the booking time they always say 6to 7 days its already 14 days...not arrived no updates.. i can’t get why they take too long for clearence and delivery ..im tired of their phythatic service... NO MORE BUSINESS WITH COMPANY.
Unreliable Courier
Item from Hong Kong took as long going from Sydney to Sunshine Coast as HK to Australia. The expensive electronic item was dumped in our front garden while we were home without following the clear direction for a signature. Fortunately not damaged. When I tried to phone them to complain, the Sydney number in Google was not a valid number.
Service was so slow like snails!
It is over 3-5 days of international express shipment and i didn't receive anything? If your service can’t do as you guys write, then don’t do a statement that you can ship 2-5 days if choose express and so on. i paid shipment i want it quiker but it seem like i was wasting my time and money. Not recommended, your service should be updated!
Am pissed of
3-5 day it's over and i didn't receive anything what's going on? Or refund me back for the fact i paid shipment i want it quiker but it seem like i was wasting my time.
