GLS Tracking Details

The worst service ever
GLS is able to spoil your shopping experience, so keep away from online shops that use GLS as their courier. Online shops should choose a good courier service as prompt and efficient delivery is part of the shopping experience. You are definitely NOT getting a good service with GLS. It's unbelievable how miserable their service can be. And if you complain, they get pissed off because: they have so much to do, you can't expect them to deliver in a reasonable amount of time. Same period, December 2020: Fed Ex delivers in 4 days from Tokyo, Japan. GLS can't deliver from Copenhagen Denmark in 15 days. And rude people! Shame!
Very bad service stay away.
Waiting on a package since the second of December, they now say it most likely wont be here by Christmas stay well away worst courier service ever.
Fake delivery attempt
Adding my voice to the many. Since I bought my goods on Amazon, I;m simply going to refuse to accept them. Then re-order them. The return them, I will keep a record of every time these muppets don't deliver then make a video about it.
None of their contacts are actually legit. Tried sending 4 emails- 1 through their website, 3 for a representative officially stated in my country. COULDNT EVEN SEND THE EMAILS BECAUSE THEIR INBOX IS FULL. Was supposed to get my package on 1st of December. Not only are they mentally underdeveloped to actually ship the package to the right city, THEY TOLD MY SELLER THAT THEY CONTACTED ME WHEN THEY NEVER DID. Do any of you maybe wanna do your jobs or are you going to embarrass everyone for a bit longer? F***ing disgusting.
Not slow, DEAD
I have three shipments for my company from Italy ,Germany and Prague . Non arrived and checking the tracking number they are stuck to same position for 10 days . Donkey back couriers , please avoid at all costs
Substandard Courier Service
I would strongly recommend not using GLS or any company which uses GLS. In my case, Royal Mail passed my parcel to GLS. I had never heard of them and was concerned by their awful reviews. My very poor experience was similar to that described by others. GLS held my parcel for 10 days in their Dublin Depot. I rang them 4 times during this period to be told twice that my parcel would be delivered the next day, which it wasn't. The GLS tracking system kept stating that my parcel was expected to be delivered that day, but it wasn't. After 10 days, my parcel eventually arrived. As per other reviews, my parcel had been opened. Thankfully, the item was undamaged.
Most unprofessional, non punctual and annoying delivery service in Germany
Giving 1 star since I can't rate it less. It is one of the annoying and most unprofessional courier service in Germany.. In last 1 month, I have seen 3 similar instances.. No one comes on the day of delivery and they mark recipient not available, they mark the product delivered even before delivering it and all kinds of kiaos.. I still don't understand why big companies chose this delivery
Worlds Worst PArcel Courier 2020
