Worst courier service in Europe.
Package was supposed to arrive today 2nd of January. I'm sitting at home Ill on the 31st of December and I get a message saying they couldn't deliver as I wasn't home!! I was here plus my husband and my son. Then they give me the option to reschedule it for today the 2nd of January and tell me it will be delivered early morning. Well it's 2pm and guess what? NO DELIVERY!! But hey that's ok I have no life or job to go to. My whole purpose in life is to sit and home and wait for some idiot delivery man to get his ass moving.

Un desastre, te desesperas. La web funciona mal y no puedes ver ni el seguimiento de tu pedido. Si tienes algún problema con la entrega es imposible contactar con ellos porque la web no les carga y porque en el número de atención al cliente tienen a un robot. Si hay algún malentendido, en lugar de pasarte con un agente, te dice que lo siente y te cuelga. Toda la ma?ana para localizar un pedido que debería haberme llegado hace días, y por problemas suyos no llega.

They said they attemped to deliver it, lie
To pick up the parcel, they said the came to pick it up and there was none, LIE, they had to pick it from a shop, and the shop was OPEN, they simply did not come to pick it.
To deliver it in another country, they said they tried and there was none. The first attempt could be, since we were not home all they but the second one... LIE we stayed at home all day waiting and suddenly they update the tracking saying it could not be delivered and it is at a pick up point...
