Avoid at all costs
Appalling service, the worst experience. My parcel from Oz arrived safely and was cleared through customs before being handed over to PBT to be delivered to Taranaki. It sat in Auckland for 4 days before being sent to Palmerston North (why not New Plymouth?) where it sat for another 2 days before being SENT BACK TO AUCKLAND. Another 3 days there before it was finally delivered by NZ Post. Could have saved a lot of time and effort if the parcel had been handed over straight away in Auckland after arrival.
Are you kidding me?
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I orderes 2 weeks ago and there has been no movement at all in the delivery as per tracking. My daughter will not have this gift in time for Christmas. I won't be ordering from The Iconic next time.
Worst than terrible
Omni picked up my item on 27th November, tracking shows it hasn’t moved and it’s now the 18th December looks like no Christmas gift fir my husband thanks to Omni - I will never buy from the company again due to Omni being their delivery service.
Giving this company one rating does not even do justice. I am so disappointed, been waiting from a package l purchase from iconic on 6 December 2020 which is coming from Queensland and till today there has been no movement on the package. What a total joke. If l had know prior,l would not have purchased from this seller.
Useless service
It has now been 29 days since my package was dispatched from the supplier and it is still waiting to be loaded onto a flight.
shitest delivery company EVER!!
I have been waiting for over 2 weeks now, my parcel has literally done nothing, there has been 1 update on it so far, and its now still sitting at depot doing nothing!! unfortunately I had no choice or say in using them as the company I purchased off sent it through them. BUT OMG IF YOU ARE A COMPANY OR ANYONE AT ALL100% STAY CLEAR OF THEM!!! It is actually ridiculous!! my first item i got off the same site and they had used a different delivery company, came in 2 BLOODY DAYS!! sort your shit out!!
Rubbish service
I am still waiting on packages that had delivery labels created in late November. It sat in australia for a week then finally updated to export hub international on 7/12. I am still waiting for it to appear in the customs section. I ordered something else from a different company who used a different courier and it arrived within 3 days. This courier will lose business for companies who choose to use them
Completely satisfied
I ordered a present from zavvi which had to come from England. I ordered in late November and it arrived today with no damage and fully tracked all the way. I can only praise them for delivering my parcel on time and given the state of deliveries worldwide at the moment I think it was a praiseworthy achievement. All I can say in response to other comments is perhaps you should have ordered earlier if you haven't got it yet.
