Awful, worst company I've ever dealt with
When drivers cant be bothered to pick up or deliver they just lie and say they attempted. This has happened more than once now. They are completely unreliable.
Brilliant service
Dropped parcel off on Friday pm for collection from Post Office on Monday and to be delivered on Tuesday. Arrived Sunday morning . Less than a week before Xmas . Excellent service
Shameless Trashy services
Expensive, useless, lazy, clueless and liars Used the International Service (Global Priority) a few times. Packages NEVER arrived within 5 working days but still i paid for the service. The last time, package arrived 25 (TWENTY FIVE) Working days late. They blamed the Croatian partners , however its a LIE. PACKAGE NEVER left the UK before 20 LONG DAYS... ENOUGH OF GARBAGE SERVICE.
delivered to wrong city and person
My parents sent a parcel two weeks ago. After patiently waiting, yesterday tracked it. And what a surprise. My parcel was delivered to different city and somebody signed for it. What means - I cannot get anything, not even some money back as they gonna say, sorry, it was delivered. People, check, where you delivered ir, other city and other postcode. Liverpool and Wigan is close to each other, but there should not be such a mistakes. Shame on you!!!
not happy parcel posted on the 4th november still not arrived
i sent a parcel to the usa via interparcel who then use parcelforce. picked up on the 4th november still not arrived . No one can tell me whats happened to it . I am so frustrated as this had my sons birthday presents and my grandsons christmas presents taken a lot of trouble to shop for them . NEVER will i use this company again!!!!!
Damaged parcel - failed to compensate
Parcelforce damaged the parcel, were slow to respond to requests and did anything they could to wriggle out of paying compensation. Disgusting behaviour and I will never use their services again.
Parcel farce is rapidly becoming a joke.
Parcel farce used to be a really good option when they had a near monopoly on parcel deliveries but since the advent of online shopping the courier market has opened up & parcel farce have let there standards drop really badly even though their prices are some of the dearest. More and more times you get a tried to deliver message when you track your parcel even though you've been in all day and no card has been left. PF has become a bit of a dinosaur like the BBC only surviving in the modern business world because of its royal charter.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Parcelforce East Depot in London.
The worst service ever! I went to pick up a shipment from Parcelforce East Depot in London. The first employee, short with blond hair, was very rude. She said my package was at the depot, but there was a set delivery date on Monday (today is Saturday!). So I have to wait another two days. And she couldn't give me my parcels, even though he was with them! I asked to speak to a . The clerk said the told her to find and give me my box now. What is this that did not want to show his face and speak with a customer? Half an hour later, the little clerk returned and said they could not find my parcels. I'll probably pick it up on Monday. Very rude, looking with evil eyes, without any smiles. And the second employee, tall with black hair, was struggling to work. For 30 minutes, she did not smile at any client! And one of the employees in the depot came and began to touch her waist and down. What is this that did not want to show his face and speak with a customer? This is the service from Parcelforce!
