Is PostNL a scam outfit?
3 out of 3 parcels lost, different sellers and countries. I suspect it is some sort scam outfit and sellers use attempting to scam?

Had ik maar beter geweten .....
Lees nu nog even alle reviews, dat ziet er niet hoopvol uit ..... Als ik dit eerder geweten zou hebben, had ik mijn pakketje nooit door PostNL laten versturen. Wat een super slechte zaak! Echt niet te geloven zo slecht! En dan ook niet telefonisch bereikbaar zijn. Het hele management eruit zou ik zeggen! Wie bekijkt deze reviews eigenlijk??
Totally rubbish
Really irresponsible and totally bullshit. No updates for ages couldn't solve not even find the package.. this company should be gone!!!!
Delivery in depot awaiting shipment to country for 22 days now, plus the 9 days from company to depot. Worst online delivery service I have ever encountered, will never buy again if these con artists are the delivery company.
This company should be dissolved.
This is the worst delivery company in the world. I know because we import and export world-wide. Importing goods we have little or no control as to whether our partners use PostNL. Every order goes wrong and often parcels “disappear”. That’s a euphemism for “stolen”.

Waardeloos! Ik kan op geen enkele manier t jullie krijgen, Krijg een virtuele "Daan" die mij in een cirkel draait. Maar uiteindelijk geen contact waardoor ik antwoord op mijn vraag kan krijgen! Volgende keer laat ik mijn pakket niet/nooit meer door PostNL versturen. Zijn jullie helemaal gek geworden. Dit is gewoon arrogant gedrag. Echt zo slecht en het wekt geen vertrouwen. Jullie zijn echt een beetje doorgeschoten in de bezuinigingen. Dit leidt tot niets voor een mooie toekomst, voor wat eens zo'n mooi bedrijf was!
