1) You get several automated and phone calls updating the status of your delivery which are impossible to understand. 2) You even get these calls on Shabat! 3) When you track your package it says that it's waiting for the client at delivery point. Stop. WHERE on earth is "delivery point"?????? No clue!!

status says "waiting at sorting center because of:" for already 2 weeks, does not even say because of what. took 2 days to arrive from china and another *several weeks* to wait at sorting center for who knows what...
