Every step is very detailed. I know the mail is very slow right with families being stuck because of Covid. Everyone is mailing gifts this year since we can not be with our loved ones and it's bogging the USPS down. We have to be patient, mail items way earlier and remember items are going to be slower than normal.

Package should have been at address on the 12-18-20 still has not been seen respons with update

Mailed our pkg on 12.9.20. Memphis say they got on 12.21., and it is now "Out There"...what the heck is going on?

Mailed a package on December 11th priority mail. They gladly accepted my package and money. They never told me it may not arrive in time for Christmas,(still hasn't) So they accepted my money under false pretenses?? They should have informed me so I could have decided if I wanted to take the chance or not. .

On the day when delivery is due on December 24, 2020, the tracking site indicated it was going to be late. The post told me it's still in New Jersey and they gave me a case link. However when you try and fill out the form there is something with the website that doesn't recognize you enter in address. Not only does USPS miss Express Deliveries but also it is impossible to even file a complaint. I'm going to contact the postmaster directly to get my money back. Now my nephew does not get his Christmas present today oh, and I trusted the post to deliver it on time with an additional fee but that did not happen.

Trump purposefully sabotaged the USPS prior to November 2020. No more overtime to ensure all mail is delivered every day; sorting machines destroyed; number of blue boxes removed, etc. Don’t blame the USPS employees. Blame Trump. My packages are going 209 miles away via Priority and are many days late. Can we get refunds for paying for 2-day priority and not having it delivered in 2 weeks?

Not happy his holiday because my son did not receive his package 21 days late

It's been several weeks since multiple packages were mailed via USPS. I've mailed some, others have been sent to me by family members & some are items I'd purchased from retailers. There are close to 10 packages that have been sitting in unknown locations for 2 weeks or "departed" from locations weeks ago ! This is entirely unacceptable. One item mailed from OH to AZ took 3 weeks to arrive; another sent from VA to AZ was sent to Honolulu first and took an inordinate amount of time to receive! I will remember this and opt for other carriers in the future, and encourage others to do the same. It's beyond ridiculous.

I’m using fed ex or ups from now on no matter the cost!!!! USPS is horrible!! I ordered pkg 12-1 and it’s still not here. It’s “IN TRANSIT TO NEXT FACILITY “. Bunch of crap snail mail is!!!

Ordered an item December 8th shipped December 11th coming from Ohio to New Jersey maybe a 12 hour drive. Now December 24th still not here tracking is useless just saying it's late

My package left over a week ago to avoid delays. I understand sometimes we have no control of certain situations. However the USPS have been around since the 1700s. A better system should be place to indicate location by location where our packages are sitting. That way we the customers could know we ease oh ok, the package is just a few more miles away. It is ridiculous that we the customer is going through this

Almost 15 days my package has been bouncing around Seattle. No more covid excuses or holiday. Just poor work ethic.Time to save our tax money and shut them down

Its been sitting at NY for a few days now, tried calling and agent but it keeps on saying invalid entry, my 80 year old neighbor could possibly deliver horse shit 300 miles with a wheel barrow that has a flat tire faster then usps delivers 2 little key fobs, i have no clue what the driver saw in NY that caused him to stop for 3 days, its been super frustrating, anyone that is looking to send someone a package and there's no other option then usps on the list, dont pick that one, rather call my 80 year old neighbor, he'll help you out,

I usually see my mother for Christmas, but due to Covid, we are not traveling. I decided to do the next best thing and my kids and I baked homemade Christmas cookies for my mom so she wouldn't feel alone. I paid extra to ship them to Washington, DC from California, with the expectation that they would arrive by Monday, December 21, in time for Christmas Eve! Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and my package is still in California, with no additional updates for days. I feel like I got majorly scammed! I will never use USPS again. What a bunch of crooks!!

USPS is lazy unprincipled organization that needs to be gone. The deliveries are delayed all the time and the reasoning is... You guessed it - COVID. Just be gone already.

Mail man tried to steal my prescription. I told him he just scanned it as delivered. Long story short he left for 5 minutes and came back and dropped it off. Great bunch.

Were my package? sended 12/7 &last time checked tracking it that sat at N.C. post 12/21 were it started from, now there no tracking information the get a zero from me you get 1 star because it won't let any less so l''ll change my rating a miss -1
