my order number is CNB6956515 plz i m in al ain

i ordered in sara and fordeal but the driver is rude and wants me to be in a hurry. i thought the order is from fordeal because fordeal message me days ago that the package is arrived that's why it takes time for me to check which order he delivered. he keeps telling me to hurry up because he still have orders to deliver and i'm the only customer who did the checking. i told him the order is not from fordeal but he insists it is so I told him i cannot accept it and charged me for 30 riyal delivery charged. its frustrating to think that i mistakenly did not get my order from sara because of this rude driver...

The estimated time of arrival of my items was Nov.25,2020 - Nov.30,2020 but until now its already Dec.03,2020 nothing items arrive in my location . and no updates at all. what a poor service .

Do not ever use this company as a carrier. You cannot answer a call and they will not deliver at all even though address is complete and can be searched through google. Among other delivery companies (Aramex, DHL, Etc) I had encountered this is the worst.
