Rerouted to Access Point without my permission
Expensive pkg supposed to be delivered to my home by 9pm Dec. 4th. Nothing showed up. Tracking said it was enroute to an "Access Point" which was CVS. Also showed that the "Deliver all to Access Point" option had been enabled (Never did this!) Went to CVS on Saturday. Nothing there. Went back to CVS on Monday after getting "ready for pickup" email. Clerk didn't know how to work the scanner device to effect delivery. Took 10 minutes. What a pain in the a**.

Delivered to the wrong store,wrong city,hell even the wrong state. But it was delivered on time.LOL It was my FFL'S screw-up.How do you send another dealer's FFL to the seller? I just don't get it !!!!

Unacceptable Experience
I arrived home about 2:44pm, only to find my package still in the rain on the my back porch since it was deliver at 1:00pm. Never was any package from Amazon or U.P.S. deliver to the back. They always enter in the front. If this day I would have not bought groceries. I would have never use the back until the next day. You never want any electric device left in winter and raining weather. My package original Amazon seal had been broken, my address label had been removed and the box had been retype showing all evidences that it was previous open. I ORDERED A GIFT ON THANKSGIVING EVENING. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON DECEMBER 4TH. I KEPT GETTING EARLIER DATES THAN I REQUESTED. IT WAS LATER SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED ON DECEMBER 4TH. THE RECIPIENT HAD TO SIGN FOR THE GIFT. THE RECIPIENT WAITED ALL DAY FOR THE PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. THEY DELIVERED IT TODAY WHEN THE RECIPIENT WAS NOT HOME. IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TOMORROW - 2 DAYS LATE.

OTD is acute to the T. When it rains and we’re not home packages are placed in a plastic bag to prevent any damage. It’s a great pleasure in knowing you can rest easy not being home your packages are protected.

Label and Pick Up
A driver never came to,my home to pick up the package or drop off a label. I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to the nearest UPS store in Montgomery, Al to send my package. While I was there I waited 30 minutes just to get the lady to print me a label to put on my package and this was not waiting in line. I was the only customer in the building. I complained about the driver not leaving me a label and no one seemed to care. It was something the drivers do when they get bored was the only comment that was stated. This is not the first time I have had issues with packages. The Montgomery hub and drivers need better management of their drivers and in-house staff. People request pick up at their home for a reason. As a result of UPS incompetentcey my package did not get sent out until the 26th if you will look at the tracking 1Z8Y5R467828215298. I am upset and time is money. This is unsatisfactory work.
